About these terms
This page is maintained by Cielles to set out the terms that apply when you browse our website, place an order and receive products from us. By using cielles.com you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown include VAT where applicable and are charged in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock or where fraud is suspected. Payment is processed securely at checkout; ownership of the goods passes on full payment.
Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Larger homeware pieces may be shipped by specialist carrier and require a booked delivery window. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging and with all tags attached. Bespoke, monogrammed, made-to-order, earrings and intimate garments are final sale unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching our warehouse. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to display colours, finishes and dimensions accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting and the handmade nature of some pieces. Weights and dimensions are approximate. If a product differs materially from its description, our remedies are limited to replacement, repair or refund at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product designs and branding, is owned by or licensed to Cielles and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
Liability
Cielles is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the website or purchase of goods. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Privacy & data
We collect and use personal data only as necessary to process orders, deliver products and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, how we store it and your rights.
Governing law
These terms and any contract formed through the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer entitled to local mandatory protections.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business practices or the website. The terms in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
